The service

Ajax Connect sells eSIM data plans for use while traveling. A plan activates when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in a covered country.

Who you buy from

The seller is Lifecycle Innovations Limited, trading as Ajax Connect, Roemer Visscherstraat 9, Amsterdam. The eSIM service is provided on the seller's behalf by Lifecycle Innovations Limited (trading as Carrier), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. 76545088), Unit 4005, 144-151 Connaught Road West, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

Data and validity

Each plan has the data allowance (or, for unlimited plans, the fair-use terms) and validity period shown at checkout. Unused data does not roll over. When a limited allowance is used up, the connection stops or slows until the plan ends or you buy a new one.

Refunds

Unused plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the eSIM has not connected to a network. Email info@lifecycleinnovations.limited. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the seller is established, as stated above. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. Carrier's developer and business terms do not apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are emailed to active customers before they take effect. Changes do not apply to plans you have already bought.
